Police: 12 arrested as roads blocked, property destroyed

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Twelve protesters in Kentucky's largest were arrested Saturday night after they blocked roadways, surrounded vehicles, shot paintballs and destroyed property, police said.
