Missouri votes on Medicaid expansion; Galloway wins primary
COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — Missouri polls closed Tuesday in an election that will decide whether the state expands Medicaid health care coverage to thousands more low-income adults after years of resistance from Republican lawmakers.
