North Carolina extends stay-home order, develops reopen plan

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Resisting pressure as other Southern chief executives begin allowing businesses to reopen, North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper said Thursday that the state’s stay-at-home order from COVID-19 will remain in place for at least another two weeks.
