Minister: COVID-19 outbreak in Istanbul now under control

ISTANBUL (AP) — Turkey’s health minister has compared the city of Istanbul to Wuhan — the Chinese city where the novel coronavirus first emerged — as the epicenter of infections in the country, adding that the epidemic is now under control there.
