LEGAL NOTICE Proposed Contract Action for Long-term Renewal Master Water Service Contract Under the authority of Section 9 of the Reclamation Project Act of 1939 (43 U.S.C. ยง 485h (e)), the Bureau of Reclamation, subject to authorization from the Commissioner, will propose to enter into a renewal of Master Water Service Contract No. 14-06-100-9166 as supplemented, with Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District (District), for the continuation of irrigation of 10,000 acres of land within the District. The current contract is due to expire on July 2, 2020. The proposed renewal contract would authorize the District to continue to deliver water to 10,000 First Phase Continuation Acres located within the District and continue delivery of additional water to land irrigated under the District's repayment contract during the peak period of irrigation water use annually. This contract will reflect existing Federal Reclamation law and policy governing water service contracts. Members of the public who are interested in the proposed contracting action may request to be included on a contact list. Individuals on the contact list will receive copies of the proposed contract and notices of any negotiation sessions, as they become publicly available, and will be given the opportunity to provide comments. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS STRATFORD ROAD PROJECT - 2020 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until MAY 19, 2020; 2:00 P.M., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. This work will include widening toward the east to add an additional traffic lane through the Valley Road intersection. The work will include traffic signal replacement and pedestrian crossing upgrades, storm water improvements, and 4-inches of asphalt mill and fill. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 206, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 12, 2020 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
