STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That Keith and Leanna Schafer of Odessa, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change/transfer a portion of the place of use and add a point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01239. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01239 authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1800 acre-feet per year from April 1 to October 31, each year, for the irrigation of 720 acres; 2.0 acre feet per year continuously for domestic supply. That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 21, T. 21 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.
