Moses Lake pharmacy to offer COVID-19 antibody testing

| April 16, 2020 11:51 PM

MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake pharmacy is working with an East Wenatchee clinic to offer tests that determine if people have antibodies to the COVID-19 virus, which would indicate exposure to the virus.

Moses Lake Professional Pharmacy owner and pharmacist Shane Needham said the pharmacy will be a “blood draw” site. Blood will be drawn and sent for testing, a process that takes about a week, Needham said.

The blood drawing will be available at the pharmacy by April 22 or 23, he said.

“As you can imagine, there’s a lot of interest,” Needham said.

For more information, contact the pharmacy, 509-764-2314.
