Netanyahu, rival, make last-ditch effort at coalition deal
JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his chief rival faced a midnight deadline Wednesday to form an emergency government to tackle the coronavirus threat and prevent another costly and divisive election.
