New Mexico church files suit over coronavirus restrictions

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — A church has filed a lawsuit against the state of New Mexico after houses of worship were removed from an exemption of a public health order limiting gatherings to no more than five people to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
