Moses Lake Police Department
April 10
Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Basin Street for a report of a dog running at large at the Larson ball field. Police followed the dog home to its owner, who was cited.
Officers responded to Rite Aid for a report of a female suspect that walked in, grabbed a bottle of alcohol, walked out, then returned to inform employees that she stole the alcohol.
Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Main Street for a report of two men who walked onto a residential property, removed their shirts, and then placed them under the resident’s trampoline before walking away.
Officers responded to Motel 6 for a report of a man threatening his ex-girlfriend. Police arrested the man for felony harassment.
Officers responded to Ernie’s Truck Stop for a report of a vehicle driving erratically. The driver was found to be under the influence and was arrested.
April 11
Officers responded to the 4700 block of West Tanager Street for a report of an abandoned vehicle registered to an owner out of Texas.
Officers responded to the area of West Peninsula Drive and South Interlake Road for a report of graffiti on a bridge.
Officers responded to the 2800 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a man who experienced a catastrophic equipment failure while on his windsurfing kite, which got entangled on the rocks on the south side of the lake east of Blue Heron Park. Firefighters were eventually able to assist him out of the water.
Officers responded to Amerigas for a report of a suspect that broke through the chain link fence to gain entry to the business compound, stealing a number of tools worth about $500.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of East Pirate Lane for a report of a stray dog. The canine was taken to the animal shelter.
April 12
Officers responded to Safeway for a report of a subject who had been in the store bathroom for an extensive period of time and was found drinking from a bottle of wine taken from the store.
Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a subject drinking a bottle of alcohol in the store bathroom. Police identified the subject, who was located in front the of the police station and booked into jail.
Officers responded to the 400 block of North Clark Road for a report of an Easter party with over 10 people, in violation of the governor’s emergency proclamations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The partygoers agreed to disperse.

April 10
Daniel Michael Cummins, 34, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.
Thomas David Redwine, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.
April 11
Lawrence Howard Williams, 47, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
April 12
Maynor Geovany Giron, 32, of Quincy, was booked on fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
Stefanie Kiter, 50, of Spokane, was booked on charges of retail theft with special circumstances.
Raymundo Bravo Estrada, 47, of Mattawa, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
David Andrew Reid, 68, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
