NATIONAL SUMMARY

A potent storm system in the center of the country will

bring adverse weather to many of the Central and Eastern

states tomorrow. A significant severe weather outbreak will

likely target areas from the lower Mississippi Valley

through the Tennessee Valley and into the central

Appalachians. Hazards include hail, damaging winds, flooding

rain and tornadoes. The greatest threat for significant

tornadoes will include an area from central Louisiana to

southern Tennessee. Elsewhere, snow will fall over much of

the north-central portion of the country. Gusty winds will

accompany snowfall, especially from eastern Nebraska to

Michigan's Upper Peninsula. White-out conditions are likely.

The western third of the country will experience dry

conditions.
