Oregon limits hunting, fishing, to state residents

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Oregon is banning all non-resident hunting, fishing and shellfishing activity, starting at midnight Friday, in an effort to stop a surge of non-resident anglers mostly from Washington.
