NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. will begin road construction of 1.91 miles of road reconstruction on Road 3-NE, from Road O-NE to Road Q-NE. Work includes roadway excavation, embankment compaction, crushed surfacing base course, HMA surfacing, guardrail, seeding and fertilizing and other work. . Work is scheduled to begin on 9/3/19 and end approximately 10/21/19. Work includes planing bituminous pavement, shoulder finishing, hot mix asphalt, temporary traffic control, painted centerline and edge line and other work. Work is scheduled to begin on 9/19/19 and end approximately 11/1/19.
