Notice of Public Hearing Othello Planning Commission - Zoning Amendments & Comprehensive Plan Map Update Notice is hereby given that the Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss: Amending the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation Map Amending the Zoning Map Amending the Zoning Code (Title 17) by adopting new Municipal Code chapters for Residential Zones, Commercial Zones, Industrial Zones, and Landscaping, deleting previous chapters on these topics, and amending existing Zoning chapters. Amending and deleting sections of Othello Municipal Code Title 14 related to Zoning, including Commercial Development Standards, Fences, Site Plan Review, and Landscaping. The public hearing will be held during the regular Council meeting Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E. Main St, Othello, WA. All Council meetings are open to the public. The Council Chambers are handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including accessibility or an interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
