Wanzek Construction Inc., 4850 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58104, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Othello Solar Project, is located approximately 0.6 miles northeast of the intersection of S O'Brian and W Harrison Roads in Adams County. Construction in 2019 will involve up to 6 acres of soil disturbance for the installation of steel piles to support the future installation of inverter skids.
