City of Moses Lake Notice of Application, Public Hearing and Optional DNS Beautiful Minds Academy has submitted an application on October 2, 2019 to use the existing 1680 square foot buildings for a pre-school / academy 819 E. Penn Street. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on October 8th.
