STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES TAKE NOTICE: That Orman Johnson, Johnson-Reaugh, LLC of Othello, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to transfer a portion of the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-20034C and G3-24292C. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-20034C authorizes the withdrawal of 1000 gallons per minute, 1282 acre-feet per year, from March 1 to November 15, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 860 acres. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-24292C authorized the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1290 acre-feet per year, from March 1 to November 15, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 880 acres. The total under both rights is limited to 880 acres.
