The proposed project, McCain Foods USA WWTP, is located near the existing processing plant facility. The proposed WWTP site is located approximately 2,900 feet due west of the existing facility at 100 Lee Street, Othello Washington. The private driveway to access the WWTP site is located on McManamon road approximately 1.1 miles north of the intersection of Lee Street and Broadway Avenue in Othello. This project involves 20 acres of soil disturbance for Industrial, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
