Herminia Martinez Gallegos passed away in the comfort of her home Oct. 30, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her husband Francisco Puente Jr.; her five children Anita M. Rodriguez, Manuel Gallegos (Christina). Daniel Gallegos (Jessica) Lynda Puente and Cassandra Lopez (Dylen) and seven grandchildren Thalia, Altavious, Maria, Manuel Jr., Isaiah, Josiah and Amaya, plus another on the way.

Herminia (Minnie) was born in Idalou, Texas on Sept. 15, 1955 to her parents Decidero Martinez (deceased) and Felipa B. Martinez (deceased), joining her siblings Virginia Lopez, Juan Lopez, Rodolfo (deceased), Rogelio (Maria) (deceased), Ricardo (deceased), Aurora, Ramon (Carrie), Jesus, Jose (deceased), Deciderio Jr. (deceased) and Isabel.

Herminia was a wonderful person, always there for her family and she always had the door open for everyone. She was one of the strongest women around, selfless, always putting others before herself. She is loved and missed by many.

Services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Sendero Life Center in Moses Lake, Washington.
