City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional DNS Maiers Enterprises, LLC. submitted an application on May 16, 2019 for a grading permit to prepare the ground for two 13,248 SF commercial buildings at 819 E Third Avenue, parcel 090775446. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on May 21, 2019. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Building & Construction, Title 18: Zoning. Environmental review is required for this project. The City of Moses Lake has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this project. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project. No adverse environmental impacts have been identified, so no mitigating conditions have been identified as necessary through SEPA. The project review process may include additional mitigation measures under applicable codes. Written comments on this project proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2019. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner.
