Notice of Application and Proposed MDNS Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA checklist received by Grant County on 5/9/19 from Woodinville Whiskey Co. Grant County expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. MITIGATION: 1) Proper erosion and sediment control practices must be used to prevent dirt and debris from entering irrigation ditches or County roadways. 2) Dust and emissions to the air associated with the development shall be controlled by utilizing Best Management Practices (BMPs). 3) Facilities shall be installed in such a manner so as to prevent run-off from the site from entering adjoining properties. Surface water run-off must be contained and absorbed on-site. 4) It is the applicant/property owner's responsibility to determine if any additional permits/licenses are required by Federal, State, or local agencies.
