Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the proposed adoption of an ordinance allowing accessory dwelling units. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City. Comments on this DNS will be accepted until 5:00 PM on April 3 at City Hall, 500 E. Main Street, Othello.
