McCain Foods USA Inc., Jeremy Hopkins, 100 E Lee Rd Othello, WA 99344-8961, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, McCain Foods USA, is located at 100 E Lee Rd in Othello in Adams county. This project involves 20.26 acres of soil disturbance for Industrial, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
