Notice of Application, Public Hearing and Proposed DNS - July 23, 2019 Notice is hereby given that a Subdivision application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 17, 2019 from Mitchell Reffett (Designated Contact: Prairie Land Survey, 5134 Road E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on July 15, 2019. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: A subdivision of five (5) parcels (201.26 acres) into nine (9) lots in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. Five lots will have residential capacity and the remaining four lots will be for agriculture use only. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located on Road 7 NE, on both the east and west sides of K.7 NE, in a portion of Section 25, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, and a portion of Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 31-3332-000, 31-3319-000, 31-3318-000, 31-3321-000, & 31-2335-000. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: The proposal has tentatively been scheduled for a public hearing before the Grant County Hearings Examiner on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 12:00pm noon in the Commissioner's Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
