NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS ADA RAMP & STORMWATER UPGRADES Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until AUGUST 7, 2019; 11:00 AM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with ADA RAMP & STORMWATER UPGRADES marked plainly thereon.
