Notice of Application, Proposed MDNS, and Public Hearing - Date of Notice: July 11, 2019- Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA checklist were received by Grant County on June 27, 2019 from Western Sub RSA/US Cellular (Designated Contact: Tracy Malone, Faulk & Foster, 678 Front Street NW, Suite 215, Grand Rapids, MI 49504) and were found to be Technically Complete on July 8, 2019. Grant County expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures.
