SUMMARY This ordinance amends chapter 12.16.280 in the Othello Municipal Code which removes the option of property owners/developers to have City staff install water services and incur the site facility charges associated with the work. In the past 35 years more than 4.4 billion has been distributed across America to address needs of the homeless and hungry. Last year Adams County received $10,643.00. This year funding will be $11,875.00. Any agency that provides assistance to the elderly, family with children, Native Americans and Veterans are eligible to apply.
