NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION Central Washington Asphalt, Inc will begin road construction of 1.91 miles of road reconstruction on Road 3- NE, from Road O -NE to Road Q- NE. Request for Proposals for Engineering Services The Port of Othello is requesting proposals from qualified engineers to provide Port engineering services. The Port of Othello is looking for a Preliminary Engineering Report for a water storage project located in the Bruce Industrial Area. The PER will help determine the amount of water storage and infrastructure needed for current and future growth of the businesses located in the Bruce Industrial Area.
