The filing will start at 8:00a.m. on Wednesday, August 21st and will close at 5:00p.m. on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 for in person filing. If filing on line, it opens at 9a.m. on Wednesday, August 21st and will close at 4p.m. on Friday August 23rd.
