NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS LAKESHORE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - 2019 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until MAY 22, 2019; 11:00 AM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with LAKESHORE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - 2019 marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. The existing county style roadway with no curb and sidewalk will become a typical 33-foot wide city standard street with five foot sidewalk on one side and a ten foot concrete activity trail on the other side of the street with storm drainage infiltration galleries or drywells. Schedule B includes relocation of the existing Lakeshore Drive water main with a new 8-inch PVC water main, replacement of all water services, and replacement of the fire hydrants. Schedule C reconstructs 0.1 miles of Peterson Place from Lakeshore Drive to Peninsula Drive with five foot sidewalks on both sides.
