PORT OF MOSES LAKE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS JAPANESE CONSULTING AND MARKETING SERVICES Proposal Due Date: April 11, 2019 Introduction The Port of Moses Lake is a Washington municipal government in Grant County, Washington. The Port owns and operates the Grant County International Airport. The Port has a history of business relationships with Japanese aerospace and industrial firms and with Japanese governments. The Port intends to continue developing business relationships with Japanese firms and appropriate Japanese governments. The Port invites proposals for Japanese consulting and marketing services to assist the Port in developing beneficial business arrangements with Japanese firms and governments. The Port seeks services encompassing the traditional scope of work including attendance at various meetings in Moses Lake, Washington and occasionally abroad occasionally.
