Sept. 25

A business owner in the 1300 block of West Broadway Avenue reported an unknown person has been going through a dumpster at the business.

Transients were trespassed from a fast food restaurant in the 500 block of East Wheeler Road.

A man slapped his girlfriend in the 500 block of West Valley Road and fled the area on foot. The suspect was later contacted by police.

A truant student at Moses Lake High School was found to be in possession of marijuana.

Report of unknown subjects causing $250 worth of damage to two lights on the corner of a business' building in the 800 block of West Third Avenue.

A woman was found sleeping in a boat behind a building in the 900 block of East Broadway Avenue. The woman was permanently trespassed from the property.

A woman was arrested for stealing items from Party City and fleeing the scene.

Report of snow tires stolen from a car port in the 1600 block of South Monroe Street.

An unknown dark powder substance was found on the ground in a parking lot in the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue. The substance was disposed of.

A woman reported a dog chasing her chickens.

A man reported jewelry stolen.

A woman reported that someone hit her son’s dog with a van and then drove away.

Sept. 25

A man reported five or six Rottweilers running loose in the area and bothering his dogs.

A man reported receiving death threats from a female over the phone.

A man reported that his vehicle was torched during the night.

Fence posts were reported stolen.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call.

A woman reported her vehicle broken into.

A business reported receiving a fraudulent check.

A woman reported her truck stolen.

Sept. 24

Joseph Rogers, 35, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.

Silver Garcia, 31, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for unlawful imprisonment.

Zebulon Gwyn, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant, an outstanding Grant County Superior Court for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for possession of a dangerous weapon.

Sept. 25

Michael Desautel, 24, of Nespelem, was booked for intimidating a public servant and fourth-degree assault.

Richard Montgomery, 50, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a warrant out of California for first-degree burglary.

Zane Vasquez, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections detainer.

Clarence Whalawitsa, 62, of Coulee Dam, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for first-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system.

Desarae Trevino, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for harassment.

Michael Wilson, 64, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid operator’s license.

Victor Ramirez, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license, third-degree malicious mischief and reckless endangerment.

Ashley Dickson, 22, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft.

Alexis Medrano, 19, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for five counts of forgery, second-degree theft and third-degree theft.

Ian Libby, 28, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system and a DOC secretary’s warrant for first-degree robbery.

Nichole Richardson, 37, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

John Willoughby, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree theft and an outstanding King County warrant for violation of a court order.

Lexus Zarbok, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of heroin, third-degree theft and an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system.

Donald Burgeis, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC hold.

Nathan Craton, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

Jed Robinson, 38, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Adrianna Lanier, 25, of Ferndale, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Whatcom County Superior Court warrant.

Sept. 26

Charlee Gold, 24, of Othello, was arrested and booked for second-degree assault.

Kyle Armour, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Jakkob McCallin, 23, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary.

Frank Lopez, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections short-term confinement order.

David Camilo, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Victor Rodriguez, 25, of Warden, was arrested and booked on three outstanding GCDC warrants.
