Prep roundup: Moses Lake slowpitch improves to 4-0

| September 26, 2018 1:00 AM

MOSES LAKE — Moses Lake is hardly a slowpitch veteran in its second year, however, the Chiefs have taken advantage of first-year Mid Columbia Conference programs.

Moses Lake dispatched Walla Wala 17-2 in three innings and 14-4 in five innings for a doubleheader sweep. The Chiefs scored six runs in each of the first two innings of Game 1 to erase a brief 2-0 deficit.
