Sept. 20

Police responded to the 200 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a hit and run collision that involved a light pole.

A woman reported an unknown subject broke into her storage shed in the 8400 block of Harris Road Northeast sometime over the past month.

Chief Moses Middle School advised of a student under the influence of drugs. School staff found a small amount of marijuana in one of the student's pockets.

Police contacted a man and woman who were inadvertently locked in the Japanese Gardens overnight.

A 6-year-old special needs student ran from Sage Point Elementary property and school staff requested a officer speak with the child.

An assault subject was taken into custody in the 1200 block of Mitchell Avenue.

A male stole a cart full of items from Safeway. The subject was contacted at his vehicle and the items were recovered.

A woman reported that her son, who lives with her, was threatening to damage property and take the house apart for the wiring.

A woman reported that her brother stabbed another male and took off running.
