NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE The City of Royal City has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Catholic Charities Housing II - Applicant is proposing a 3 lot plat consisting of one 3.77 acre parcel, one 1 acre parcel, and one 1.9 acre parcel. The applicant is proposing a development consisting of a 51 unit, 6 building multifamily housing facility on the 3.77 acre site, a separate application is proposing an early learning center on the one acre parcel and the remainder of the site to be used for future development that at this date is unknown. After review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the City, the City has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant impact on the environment. September 12, 2018 NEWS RELEASE The annual election of the Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District will be held on December 11, 2018 for the purpose of electing a director for Director Division 5 and Director Division 6 to serve a term of three (3) years. Final date for filing a Petition of Nomination is November 5, 2018. Petitions are due to the Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District, Quincy office, before 5:00pm. Copies of the Petiton of Nomination are available at the District office in Quincy. Bill Stevens is presently serving as Director of Division 5, covering all of Range 27 and south to Frenchman Hills. Ko Weyns is presently serving as Director in Division 6, covering all that portion of Royal Slope area lying east of Dodson Road; North to include that portion of Block 80 lying east of Dodson Road and south to the District boundary.
