MOSES LAKE — A bicyclist was injured on Wednesday in Moses Lake after he reportedly crashed into the back of a semi-truck.

Moses Lake Police Department Capt. Dave Sands said the bicyclist, whose bicycle is motorized, was heading east on West Broadway Avenue around noon when he struck the back of a semi-truck that had made a turn onto South Western Avenue.

The bicyclist was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake for treatment of injuries. Sands said it remains unclear who was at fault in the collision and the incident is under investigation.
