NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. will begin road construction of 0.99 miles of HMA grind/inlay on Randolph Rd from MP 0.00 to MP 0.99. Work includes planing bituminous pavement, HMA, temporary traffic control, curb & gutter, sidewalk ramps, plastic & painted centerline and edge line and other work. Work is scheduled to begin on 09/10/2018 and end approximately 10/26/18. Notice of Application and Proposed DNS September 10, 2018 Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA checklist received by Grant County on September 4, 2018 from Chris & Nancy Hyer Etal (Designated Contact: Anitra Castillo, H&H Steel Buildings, LLC, 1219 E. Wheeler Rd., Moses Lake, WA 98837) and determined the application to be technically complete on September 6, 2018. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: A 12,000 square-foot addition to an existing agricultural and potato storage facility maintained and operated by Desert Ridge Properties. There is no proposed heating or cooling for the building. Once construction of the proposed addition is complete, this facility will have up to 24 employees, including drivers, office assistants, and other general workers. Future site development includes a 5,000 square-foot shop/break room and a 2,000 square-foot lean-to. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Site Plan Review and Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject site is located at 1842 N. Frontage Road E., Moses Lake, WA 98837. In the SW portion of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
