Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 601 S. Pioneer Way and East Wheeler Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was leaving the parking lot and pulled out in front of vehicle 2.
Sept. 1
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1, a 40-year-old woman, was cited for DUI.
Report of fraud. Reporting party said a family member’s debit card was being used for unauthorized charges. Estimated loss is $700.
Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 700 block of North Westshore Drive. Unknown suspects searched a boat sometime in the past two weeks. Thieves stole consumer electronics and marine batteries. Estimated value $900.
Report of robbery outside a school at 517 W. Third Ave. Reporting party said she was walking and was attacked by unknown suspects.
Report of attempted theft at a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect attempted to steal merchandise; he had been previously trespassed from the business. He was arrested.

Report of theft from the 100 block of West Third Avenue. Bike was stolen from behind the building; bike is described as a Treks 3700 mountain bike, painted silver and black.
Report of stolen vehicle at a residence in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way. Reporting party said her vehicle was missing when she left for work. Vehicle later was found abandoned on Yonezawa and Clover, involved in a single-vehicle accident.
Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of West Loop Drive. Reporting party said male and female suspect took a package from the residence porch, estimated value $29. Suspects identified from video.
Report of theft from a business at 507 E. Broadway Ave. Reporting party said his bike was stolen from behind the business. Bike was described as a blue mountain bike.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 700 block of South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out of the parking lot of a business in front of vehicle 2.
Report of theft from a residence in the 1300 block of South Judith Street. Reporting party said unknown suspects stole a bike belonging to her 8-year-old, leaving an old mountain bike with flat tires in its place. Stolen bike is described as a purple Chrome 2.0.
Report of theft from the Moses Lake Public Library, 415 E. Fifth Ave. Reporting party said he left his bike on the rack and it was stolen while he was inside. The bike is described as a black Hyper mountain bike, 27.5-inch wheels and carrying cases on handlebars, middle bar and under the seat.
Report of verbal dispute at a residence in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. Dispute escalated, with pushing and scratching. Both neighbors decided to press charges against each other.
Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said he left his bike outside the business and it was stolen while he was inside. Bike is described as a black frame with bags attached.
Report of vandalism at a residence in the 900 block of North Grape Drive. Unknown suspects egged the residence.
Sept. 3
Report of vehicle theft at a residence in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said he parked the vehicle the previous evening and found it missing when he left the residence in the morning.
Report of vandalism at a business at 102 East Third Ave. Unknown suspects damaged a sign and recycling bin.
A man, no age listed, was arrested on outstanding warrants after he was reported living in a vacant residence in the 1800 block of West Crouse Street.
A woman, no age listed, was arrested on possession of methamphetamines and an outstanding felony warrant.
