Oct. 26

Report of vandalism at an apartment complex at 300 East Ninth Avenue. Unknown suspects broke the clubhouse window, estimated damage $500.

Report of a disturbance at a business at 934 North Stratford Rd. A 31-year-old man allegedly walked into the business, ordered food and didn’t pay for it, and caused a disturbance when asked to leave. The man was booked for harassment (threats to kill), disorderly conduct, first-degree trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Report of theft at a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way. Suspect allegedly came in, took a bottle of alcohol and left without paying.

A 41-year-old man was arrested for outstanding Grant County warrants.

Report of vandalism in the 1700 block of West Mockingbird Street. Reporting party said her shed was broken into and yard equipment was damaged.

A subject, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

Report of one-vehicle, hit and run accident in the 500 block of East Third Avenue. Unknown driver backed into a power pole support cable. Suspect vehicle was described as a black Honda Accord with California license plate.

Report of two-vehicle hit and run accident in the 1700 block of East Wildcat Lane. Reporting party said her car was hit by an unknown vehicle sometime overnight.

Oct. 27

A man, no age listed, was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at a business at 203 E. Third Avenue. Reporting party said unknown suspect hit the vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot.

A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding warrants.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at a business at 911 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said suspects may have stolen merchandise from one of the businesses, fled in a car and hit the reporting party’s vehicle during their departure.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Third Avenue and Alder Street. Officer saw driver of vehicle 2 go through the intersection on a yellow light. Driver of vehicle 1 ran a red light and rear-ended vehicle 2.

Oct. 28

A man, no age listed, was arrested for DUI.

Report of one-vehicle and pedestrian accident at a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and hit the pedestrian, who was cleared by EMS personnel from the Moses Lake Fire Department.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1300 block of South Monroe Street. Reporting party said unknown suspects broke into her car and stole a wallet with credit cards and cash.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1300 block of South Shaker Place. Reporting party said unknown suspects stole sunglasses and a GPS unit. Estimated value $175.

Report of disturbance at a residence in the 2300 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said family member and unknown suspect entered the residence without permission and got into a verbal altercation the residents. The unknown suspect allegedly punched the reporting party in the face with brass knuckles and attempted to abduct another family member.

Erika Pruneda, 29, Warden, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant and a Grant County District Court warrant for violation of a no-contact order.

Markus Kilbury, 28, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Heather Chapman, 35, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant and a GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Robert Loomer, 39, Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Scott Toney, 49, Custer, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Oct. 26

Kolby Burck, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for obstruction and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Javier Adame Madrid, 24, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree theft.

Brandon Terry, 40, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Adams County warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Andres Rocha, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for harassment (threats to kill), disorderly conduct, first-degree trespassing, resisting arrest and third-degree theft.

Shamela Freeman, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on out of county warrants for two counts of theft.

Sofia Martinez, 27, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Michael Dunn, 47, Soap Lake, was booked on to serve three days on an outstanding WDOC order.

Javier Alvarado, 41, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for two counts of possession of controlled substances and third-degree theft.

David Harris, 48, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree trespassing.

Bryan Faircloth, 50, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and driving without registration.

Allen Wesley, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Erik Stone, 19, Kent, was booked for DUI.

Patricia Barrera, 33, Desert Aire, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for third-degree theft, aggravated circumstances, and to serve 10 days on the same case.

Oct. 27

Sean Whisenhunt, 22, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with sexual motivation and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Nicole Dudley, 29, Ephrata, was booked for assault (domestic violence) and third-degree assault (domestic violence).

Charles Brandon, 58, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree theft.

Matthew Hausknecht, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Mark Swan, 38, Inchelium, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license, an outstanding Stevens County warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Ferry County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Tayler Proffitt, 25, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and third-degree driving with a suspended license, and outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Juan Cardenas Lupercio, 41, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

David Hernandez Alaniz, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant, and outstanding GCDC warrants for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence) and two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Oct. 28

Amanda Robertson, 32, Connell, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Tyler Wilson, 27, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree theft.

Frank Brown, 54, Electric City, was booked for second-degree theft.
