Robert Loomer, 39, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operator’s license.

Heather Chapman, 35, of Grand Coulee, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant and an outstanding GCDC bench warrant for third-degree theft.

Markus Kilbury, 28, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Erika Pruneda, 29, of Warden, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for residential burglary and an outstanding GCDC warrant for violation of a no-contact order.

Kolby Burck, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and obstruction.
