OTHELLO CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE UTILITY RATE INCREASES The City of Othello and Adams County Water District #1 have agreements for water and sewer supply. A public hearing has been scheduled to review the proposed utility rate increases and review the justification for the rate increases for the Adams County Water District #1 during the regular City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, October 22, 2018 shortly after at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, 500 E.
