Russell C. Rogers, 88, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather, passed away on Oct. 10, 2018 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. Russ was born in Prosser, Wash. to Adrian and Lila Rogers on Aug. 1, 1930. He was the oldest of five children. He was preceded in death by his sisters Shirley Brunnel and Ginger Riel and brother James Rogers and is survived by sister Patti Roberts.

Russ was also preceded in death by his loving wife Joan Rogers whom he was married to since Nov. 4, 1950. They had shared 61 loving years of marriage. Russ and Joan had two children, Connie (Gene) Huberdeau and Scott (Lynn) Rogers. Their grandchildren are Brandon (Genny), Jeremy (Ivy) and Dustin (Nancy) Huberdeau; Chadd (Katie) Rogers, Brittany (Matt) Helvy, Austin and Taya Rogers and Jen and Emily Wentworth. They have 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Russ worked as a lineman for Pacific Power for 42 years and also enjoyed horseback trail riding, hunting, fishing golf and spending time with family.
