NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS MINI STORAGE FACILITY - 2018 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until OCTOBER 25, 2018; 11:00 AM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. REVISED Notice of Application and Proposed Determination of Non-Significance Date of Notice: October 15, 2018 Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 7, 2018 from 420 Farms, LLC (Designated Contact: Yu Min (Vincent) Li, 11670 Hwy 28 West, Quincy, WA 98848) were found to be technically complete on May 18, 2018 and were revised on September 27, 2018.
