City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional DNS Western Truck Shop - Moses Lake; WP Real Estate Holding LLC submitted an application on September 26, 2018 for a grading permit to prepare the ground for a 15,000 SF addition to an existing building for the purposes of truck repair at 12238 N Frontage Road NE, parcel 313139000. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on October 2, 2018. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Building & Construction, Title 18: Zoning. Environmental review is required for this project. The City of Moses Lake has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this project.
