Oct. 2

An intoxicated woman was trespassed from a bank in the 100 block of East Third Avenue.

A business owner in the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue advised an unknown subject defecated near the back entrance of her property.

Report of a subject injecting drugs in the 100 block of North Stratford Road. Police arrived and the male suspect had a needle in his arm. The suspect threw the needle when police arrived and methamphetamine was located in the area. The male was arrested for possession of meth.

Report of a male possibly exposing himself in a vehicle on East Broadway Avenue. The incident was three hours old when police were notified and the male subject was not located.

A woman who was previously trespassed from WinCo Foods was reported to be back at the store's property. The woman was cited for second-degree criminal trespassing.

A woman reported her upstairs neighbor possibly discharged a firearm into the floor, which caused a hole in the ceiling of her bedroom.

A loose dog was captured in the area of state Route 17 and South Pioneer Way. The dog was transported to Grant County Animal Outreach.

Two “mean-looking” cows were reported on the road.

A woman reported that her 10-year-old son was out of control, assaulting her and throwing furniture.

A man reported that his neighbor put a pile of bushes on his property and refused to remove it.

A man reported a window had been broken out of his vehicle during the night.

Isias Jimenez, 23, of Seattle, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Troy Hughes, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Miguel Silva, 23, of Othello, was booked on two outstanding Othello District Court warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alondra Yanez, 21, of Othello, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Laura Wilt, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Francis Harrington, 33, of Spokane, was booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for minor in possession of alcohol.

Glen Gilbert, 62, of Kennewick, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and reckless endangerment.

Albert Dogskin, 45, of Nespelem, was booked on outstanding GCSC warrants for possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of bail jumping, second-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Juan Montemayor, 33, of Warden, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Amanda Marcum, 37, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant out of Arkansas for theft of property.

David Taylor, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Adrian Adame-Madrid, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding out of county warrant for third-degree theft.

James Fallentine, 37, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention for violation of probation.

Fabiola Rodriguez, 32, of Vancouver, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robert Schmidt, 49, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence.

Christopher Schwaller, 51, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding Walla Walla County warrant for third-degree theft.
