Velda Duvall Simmons, 94, of Orem, Utah passed away Sept. 25, 2018.

Services are under the direction of Nelson Family Mortuary. Friends may visit Wednesday evening, Oct. 3, 6-8 p.m. at the Mortuary, 4780 N. University Ave., Provo, Utah. There will not be a viewing prior to the funeral service; funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Cherry Hill Fifth Ward Chapel, 135 E. 2000 S., Orem, Utah.
