CITY OF MOSES LAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION on December 10. The hearings will be at 7:00 p.m. at Civic Center located at 401 S. Balsam, where the following will be considered: Proposed changes are as follows: a. Change the zoning of three parcels currently zoned L-I, Light Industrial to C-2, General Commercial and Business. The parcels, located in the SE corner of the intersection of East Broadway Avenue and SR-17 are 0.15, 0.99 and 3.42 acres in size. b. Amend the UGA boundary for the addition of 19.3 acres located south of Mae Valley Road NE and east of F.5 NE, and assign a land use designation of Low Density Residential. The Grant County zoning is currently Rural Residential 1. c. Change the zoning of two parcels currently zoned R-3, Multi-family Residential to C-2, General Commercial and Business. The parcels are .18 and .25 acres in size and are located in the NW corner of the intersection of Locust Lane and Pheasant Street. d. Amend the UGA boundary for the addition of 61.4 acres located east of Road L NE and south of Wheeler Road, and assign a land use designation of Industrial. The Grant County zoning is currently Rural Urban Reserve. Any person wishing to file for or against the above mentioned request may be heard at the above stated times and places.
