Jose Serrano Estrada, 45, of Quincy, was booked for DUI, an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI and a US Marshals immigration detainer.
Michael Solis, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections order.
Oscar Landeros Ramirez, 21, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Glen Gilbert, 62, of Kennewick, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and reckless endangerment.
