Michael Clements, 45, of Moses Lake, came to court intoxicated and was ordered to be taken into custody by the judge.

Jose Alcala, 54, of Othello, was arrested and booked for operating a vehicle without identification and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for operating a vehicle without identification.

Miguel Romero, 44, of Royal City, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for littering greater than one cubic yard and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jaime Oros, 33, of Kennewick, was arrested and booked for operating a vehicle without identification.

Celeste Beliz Applegate, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Forsyth, 62, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections violation.

Jorge Mendoza, 21, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a DOC short-term confinement order.

Ian Libby, 28, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention.

Misty Baker, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock system and an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Tayler Marshall, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for tampering with fire alarm equipment.
