Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Olympia Street Utility Extension: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) to extend sanitary and storm sewer in Olympia St. from 7th to Broadway, and storm sewer in Broadway from Olympia to Fir. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City. Comments on this DNS will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Nov. 28, 2018 at City Hall, 500 E. Main Street, Othello.
